Secret Technology

The US Robotics enterprise network hub is not a bad device, but there is no documentation available. The only way to learn is through experimentation or through someone who knows this stuff.

Getting Connected

Each router card and DSP card can be accessed and configured with a special serial connection set to 9600 or sometimes 115,200 bps. Below is the translation from DB9 to RJ45:

PRI and Router Card Assignment

Each HiPer ARC can manage 7 DSP cards. They can be in any order, but both HiPer ARC processors should have a proper listing of the chassis configuration. Note that the card is is the owner of the slot that it resides in (usually 15 or 16).
